Why this coaching exists
Many capable candidates in Germany send the same Anschreiben to dozens of employers and wait. DataBridge Sys started in Rheinland-Pfalz to give applicants a quieter alternative: fewer applications, better fit, and materials that answer the questions German recruiters actually ask.
We do not place candidates or negotiate contracts. We coach the application process — Lebenslauf, Anschreiben, role selection, and interview delivery — so you can submit with confidence during your semester window.
How we work with clients
Sessions are direct and document-focused. You bring constraints (dates, language, region); we bring employer-side habits from years of reviewing internship and trainee files. Feedback is specific: which paragraph to cut, which role to drop, which example to open with in an interview.
