Data we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, selected coaching focus, and message content. If you proceed to coaching we may process documents you voluntarily send (for example CV drafts and transcripts) solely to deliver the agreed sessions.

Purposes and legal bases

We process enquiry data to respond to your request (legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract). Coaching documents are processed to perform the coaching agreement. Essential technical cookies support site operation. Optional analytics cookies run only if you accept them — see our cookies page.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer retention is required for accounting or legal claims. Coaching files are retained for the duration of the engagement and up to 36 months afterward unless you request earlier deletion where legally possible.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Providers that host email or website infrastructure may process data on our instructions. We do not share your application materials with employers unless you explicitly ask us to do so.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

Your rights
