Process

The coaching path from intake to submitted applications

A transparent sequence for internship and trainee-program application coaching — so you know what each session is for.

Six stages

What happens after you book

This path underpins our flagship Internship Application Coaching and adapts for shorter document or interview packages.

Intake call

We confirm your semester window, language level, preferred Bundesländer, and whether you are aiming at Praktikum roles, Traineeprogramme, or both.

Profile and document audit

You send your current Lebenslauf, any Anschreiben drafts, and transcripts. We mark what German employers will question first.

Role shortlist

Together we build a focused list of openings that match your dates and field — typically eight to twelve internship or trainee targets, not forty vague bookmarks.

Material rewrite

CV and cover letters are rewritten for German hiring norms, with employer-specific openings where the package includes them.

Interview and assessment practice

Mock conversations and, when relevant, timed group-exercise rehearsal before assessment centres.

Submission checklist

You leave with labelled attachments, follow-up wording, and a simple tracker for replies — coaching ends when materials are ready to send, not when an offer arrives.

Start with the flagship package

Or choose a shorter review if you only need documents or interview practice.
