Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to paid internship and trainee-program application coaching engagements with DataBridge Sys in Germany. Website fee figures are informational until scope is confirmed in writing.

Eligibility

Refunds depend on how much coaching work has already been delivered. Unused prepaid sessions may qualify for a partial refund as described below. Completed document reviews and completed mock interviews are non-refundable.

Timeframe to request

Refund requests must be sent to hello@databridgesys.digital within 14 days of the charge you dispute, or before the next scheduled session if earlier.

Full and partial refunds

If you cancel before any intake or document work begins, you may receive a full refund of prepaid fees minus any non-refundable deposit stated in your confirmation email.

If coaching has started, we refund the unused portion of prepaid session fees after deducting delivered sessions at the package’s implied session rate and any agreed deposit.

Non-refundable items

  • Completed sessions and mock interviews
  • Written document reviews already delivered
  • Deposits marked non-refundable in your written confirmation
  • Third-party costs you arranged yourself (for example travel to an optional in-person meeting)

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge. Later cancellations or no-shows count as a delivered session unless we agree otherwise for documented emergencies.

Work already started

Once we have begun rewriting your CV or Anschreiben under an agreed package, that rewrite stage is considered delivered even if you later pause applications.

Refund process and timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. We confirm the amount by email before processing.
